The girls got all kinds of stuff. Our area had trick or treating today. They had fun running around the neighborhood. I gave out candy here while Jay took them around.
One kid was dressed as a Sumo wrestler, his costume was filled with air. It was so funny. He barely made it up the steps. I gave hime extra candy.
Some "kids" weren't dressed up and were about 25 years old. I still gave them candy. I figure if they want candy, they can have candy.
One guy had a pumpkin head and gave the kids the big candy bars. He asked Tara where her teeth were. :) Next year I'll have to give out the big candy bars. I gave multiple candies but they were small sized. One kid saw that I gave him gum and he shouted to his mother, "I GOT GUM!!" I like that kid. Now I'm off to bum some candy from the girls. :)

Oh Fun! We had to Trick or Treat in the Rain last night, Ugh!
Rain is no fun with costumes. Hopefully, the candy was worth it to Maya!
This year was Alex's first year of trick-or-treating with his friends and NO ADULTS! He said it was the best Halloween ever.
Andy waited until an hour before to decide if 7th graders still trick-or-treat. They do, but barely dress up.
I miss the wagon trips and holding their hands up the stairs and reminders of what do you say! Time flies.

I love that Andy waited to see if it was still cool to trick or treat. He's still cool. ha ha. And Alex going around w/o parents and saying it was the best ever is so cute. Boy, I remember Alex running around in footy pajamas! Time does fly.
Alex can keep wearing footy pajamas if he wants to. As could I - I saw them for sale for adults at Target. I almost thought about buying myself some, thinking it would somehow revive the frivolity of youth. :)
