Millie would walk through fire to be with Jay. Me? Not so much. She may walk across a cushioned floor full of salami to greet me, that is if Jay isn't anywhere in sight. Not fair. Who gives her the heart worm pill? Moi. Who makes sure Millie has clean water and food? Well both of us.. but that isn't the point! I want to be the favorite. Waaaaah. Jay didn't even want a dog at first. Who talked him into it? That's right, I did! I'm just sayin.

HAH! That's an awesome mental image! That also happens to be how I'm treated by Sid. Kona will greet me when I come in the door, Sid waits until Amy comes home. I'll sit with an empty lap ALL NIGHT while Amy attends Bambina, but once B is down, she goes straight to Amy's lap.
Tom,
Amy and Jay must have that certain something that we do not. Sigh. I just looked over my shoulder to see Millie sitting next to Jay. D'oh!
The irony is that the dog's attention is usually something I don't want. Especially when I am super busy and the dog wishes to trace the outline of my body with her nose. I really don't want that level attention. Now I know how you must feel when you are out in public and men are always pursuing you. :)
